turbo help!

The seal in my secondary turbo went out about 4 months ago. I upgraded to 17g turbos. Last month I raced my friend and noticed my car wasnt getting much boost. I went again and watched my boost controller in first gear I got about .87 then in second and third I only got about .5 Does anyone have any ideas. Its been like that for thew past month. If I take it to mistubishi I dont know if they can help me because I have a lot of upgrades. Plus I dont like any of the performance stores in Tucson. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks.
