When the 91 TC is first started there is a "noise" that is hard to explain. But once the car has been warmed up, there is no noise on subsequent starts.
Any thoughts?
thanks.

Hello
Could be a belt or pully noise. Try taking the belt off and see if the noise it still there. Inspect the belt for any cracking. :2cents:
Can you describe the noise? Where is the general area of the noise? Is it only on idle? Is it steering related? One of my 91 Town Cars has some air in the steering system lines and that makes some noise. Let me know if you need any parts for the car, I have quite a few Town Cars. [email protected]

I had the same thing last year....it was my AC compressor....had to replace it. This year the power steering pump wines until it's warm... A winter thing....Good luck
