What about your fuel delivery?

Also, I would look into possibly ARP bolts for pretty much everything. Head bolts, rod bolts, etc.
Which clutch, setup? I would probably keep the stock flywheel, and maybe get your crank polished.

I'll be getting new injectors, and also a new stage 1 clutch system, I think 2 wouldn't be much fun for daily driving.

ok i agree with kris on the fact that you're gonna need a better fuel delivery setup and i think you will be buying stage 1 cluthes like hot cakes i think you'll need stage 3 for this and if like you said having run this at like 15 psi you would be making 250 at the wheels probly more like 300 at the crank.

you said in the other thread $6000. heres my thoughts....
that sounds great and kick ass. and i'm sure a few heads will buy it. but not very many. $6000! i paid $3000 for my Si. i couldn't imagine dropping that much into a race engine. of course there are some serious track people who would.
my question is....could you possibly find a way to "produce" or "think up" a cheaper but still kick ass d16a6? even if that means giving up a little hp. i could justify spending $2000-3000 on a n/a engine. i tend to think of myself as the typical 4th gen owner who spends money on the ride but not looking to break the bank. $6000 just seems like a lot...
so looking from outside in.....can it be made cheaper?

Nick you best be keepin' me posted on this beast hehe. I can't wait until I come back down to Boise to see it. It'll be nice to see a 4g making serious HP without a B-series. I'll be doing my B-series swap this summer Nick, and hopefully wheels and springs if everything goes as planned. I'll be working my ass off in the fire crew. Of course I'll get all my parts through you hehe.
