Need Help My Only Car

Hello in advance thanks for any and all help. So here is the problem I own a 2000 Nissan Sentra GXE 1.8 L and on friday my son had put in to new speakers for me on the driver and passenger door, after installing the speakers he went to turn the car on and it would only turn over but it would not run, so he poped the hood to check the fueses while removing the cover for the fuses he heard a hole bunch of clicks and a pshhhhhh noise from around the injectors and fuel rail area. Then attempted to start the car and it turned right own let it run for about 10 minutes just see if anything weird would happen and it ran just fine so he shut it and went in side. A few hours later when I entered the car to go to the office to pick up some stuff the car would not start and the fuel pump was not even doing anything. We replaced the fuel pump on saturday morning and still nothing all it will do is turn over.
Does any one have any advice on what could be causing the problem of not starting and running.

P.S. all the fues's were checked and all are fine. We have no clue where the fuel pump relay is tho the Haynes manual isnt really specific of location.

phatg20.net has factory service manuals....... not sure how the speakers relate to the fuel pump but it might be worth a shot to pull your door skins and make sure no wires running to the rear of the car got pinched/ shorted whatever...... shorting the relay to the pump wouldnt blow a fuse 100% of the time so along with downloading the service manual from that site, which is free, id re-check the wiring behind the door panels, i know our cars run a lot of the wiring through the door jambs and stuff so itd be worth a look
