Turn signals/Flasher buzzes.

Ok i am pulling my hair out over this. I have replaced the switch on the column, i have replaced the flasher unit under the steering column. I have checked the fuses.

Problem= My turn signals and hazards have quit working. No light, no nothing. The only thing that happens is the flasher unit makes a buzzing noise. A rather loud annoying noise everytime you try to activate the signal.

Please Please Please any help would be much appreciated. I have read online at alot of places where people have this problem but noone has the answer for me.

Did you check your bulbs? 1 bulb not working in the circuit will make the flasher work at double the normal flashing rate, if both bulbs are out the flasher may possibly buzz.
