Saw that Eibach had a set of lowering springs. Would I also need new shocks/struts if i were to purchase these lowering springs?

From what i understand... no you don't need anything additional. You will however need to have the wheels aligned and make sure your camber is fine. They may have to shim it a little to help with this.
