95-dash lights flashing, gear changing,buzzing noise

the fuse for the blower is buzzing and a buzzing noise from the vac. sensor beside the computer, PNRD321 are all lit up and the interior beeper is going off, when driving down the road things will be fine and then the car will shift all the way down to an almost stop and then RPM will race up...... I have a remote starter on the car, I have tried to disconnect that nogo, and I have let the computer reset by disconnecting the battery...

can someone please help me!
