(1999 Alero) Single Mom Please help!!!!!

I have a 1999 Alero,6cyl., 3.4L. I am having some heating/coolant problems. 1. My car seems to be running hot when I am not in motion, the only way it does not run hot is when my air condition is on. 2. My heat is not getting very hot, only blowing luke warm. 3. When I turn on my defrost my windows fog up worse,I can't see, it's like it's not working, but air is blowing, and my defrost only blows cold air. I have replaced my water pump, termastate, heater hose, and my two radiator hoses.Also I just got a tune-up. Lastly my Low Trac and Trac Off light keeps coming on when I am in reverse or just pulling off

Its possible your heater core could be partialy clogged or your cooling system needs a flush.

Also what was the temprature rating for the thermostat ?

On the trac lights its most likly a wheel speed sensor/hub bearing going bad.
You'll need to get it scanned with an ABS capalbe scan tool to figure out which one it is.

The hub sounds right to me. Normal prob with the alero and grand am.
