o4 malibu remote starting not working

On My Wifes O4 Malibu The Remote Start Is Not Working. It Will Make The Lights Blink And The Heater Controls Come On. But It Doesn't Even Try To Turn Over To Start.any Help Would Be Appriciated. Or Just Point Me In The Right Direction On What To Start Doing To Problem Solve This Problem.
