95 Sebring wont start

Have a 1995 Sebring. Had the CV axle and battery replaced on Thrusday 12/20. Started and drove fine on Friday, Saturday Did not drive it on Sunday. Drove it fine on Monday. Did not drive it on Tuesday, 12/25. Now it won't start. All lights and electrical work, had battery tested it's fine. Do not know where the starter is located. Saw an earlier post suggesting follow the postive cable from battery to find starter. Still need to do this. Checked fuses-seem fine. Totally at a loss:banghead: . Any suggestions, hints or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Does it even crank? There is a fuse in the powerblock, under the hood (just in front of the negative post) that blows and you cannot crank, but have lights, etc. It is one of the very small ones.

well i had the same problem if i just keeps cranking and cranking and cranking its a lil device in the block heater when your block is really cold it wont crank plug it in and then within an hour or so it should go
