Replacing starter on 1994 park avenue

OK so how do you go about replacing the starter on a 94 park avenue with the 3.8L transverse V6? I got the electrical connections off easily but I can only see one, very tough to get to, bolt that appears to be a 15mm. Are there any other bolts? I can only assume there are but I can't see any of them. Thanks in advance for the help.

yep, under the plastic sheild covering the flexplate between the motor and transaxle.
