Venture 2000 wipers work only on high speed...

wipers only work on high speed and the windshield washer will only work if I indicate to left turn. any other setting like low etc will stop the wiper where ever at that time. The park position will work if i hit just as wipers r at the bottom of the windsheild.

Can some tell me that if it is the circuit board (Pulse module) in the motor or could it be the indicater switch? (I do get power from the switch to the board in all the positons but only activates at the high speed):shakehead

that is a doosy...could be both as the washer only works with a left turn signal....did i understand this correctly?

Yes the washer only worked if i had the left indicator on and the wipers would only work on high speed.

I had searched more on it and found it is the pulse module(circut board) on the wiper motor.
Yesterday i changed wiper moto from 03 model and everything is supper.

I had a very similar problem with my van. Turned out to be the control module. Once I had the module off the motor housing is was easy to see the damaged circuit board. Dealer had a new module in stock.:cool:
