Me and my friend are working on his wagon and he found a set of ground effects for a wrx sedan, would this work or is it just not long enough.

Yes and No... If you are talking about sideskirts then the answer is yes they will fit.. But for front and rear bumpers or lip the answer is no because the Sedan is a bit wider than the Wagon. Theres still some tight Wagon body kits like Dolphin, Liberal etc.
If you're trying to fit aftermarket sideskirts on a non-WRX impreza (like a TS) you need the black plastic stock WRX sideskirts first and put it over the rocker panels because most WRX aftermarket sideskirts are made to fit on top of the stock ones :)

most people say the front lip won't fit, some say it will. i have seen a wagon lip mounted on a sedan, and the owner didn't even know it was a wagon lip but it fit. it's true the sedan is 20mm wider than the wagon, but the bumper is urethane, and it is my belief that it will flex enough to mount a sedan lip. if you want to be safe, get a lip meant for a wagon, cuz i'm not sure about that. but if i ever get one i'm going to get a sedan lip and see what happens.
and as illracer said, the sideskirts are the same length.
