13+ Second D16A6 in the works!

I am working with a couple companies right now on a design to rebuild my stock D16A6 to be a 250+ horsepower turboed monster. Price is looking to be less than $6000 with a full drag turbo setup. The block is going to be able to take 20 lbs of boost (I probably won't push more than 15 lbs). But I'm excited. The full block is getting completely redone. Hoping to have it done by then end of the year.

I'm trying to decide if I want to put a direct port 50 shot of NOS on it also just for the hell of it. What do you guys think?

For that cost, you better be quicker than 13's. I know of plenty others out there who have spent well below $6k, and are quicker than 13's.

6 g's to make a 13 sec ride?

I'm also running FULL interior with air ride - slows me down a little bit.

why dont you just swap in a b20/vtec for about $4,000. 13's right there. and use the other money to modify it and you never know low 13's high high twelves????????

do whatever you want man, but on that engine its not gonna be real reliable, and its not gonna last long. if your gonna keep this a daily driver b20/vtec im telling you this thing stock halls ass. trust me i have this engine in the exact same car as you. i'll laugh when all i did was swap an engine and you went out and paid 6000 to do whatever and we run the same times. lol yeah its different but so is b20/vtec. im gonna promote this foken engine till....till...till....i dont know when but i love it.

not too long for me....too long for ALL the mod's at AF. yes he took the time to write it but it's also in a larger font. the pics are also too big. they have to load each time he replies.
