lowering advice??

i was wondering if there is anyway that i can lower my cav without buying the lowering springs? what type of methods are there???

Since you have coils all the way around the ghetto way to do it is by either heating the coils or cutting them.

Though I don't reccomend doing it this way:) It makes for poor, alignment, handling, and kills the ride quality.

yeah?..... so in other-words your saying that i should just go buy the kit then??? or would using the kit also kill the handling, ride.etc......?

I am just saying when you go cutting the springs or heating them you loose the load capacity and suspension travel.

When you buy the proper kit, springs, dropped spindles ect.. they will usually retain if not improve the handling and ride.

Lower to the ground means less sway, better fuel mileage ect. I'm all for lowering.

Check with some of your local speed shops usually they can custom tailor a kit to suite your budget.
