another 240z in the mix... wow this should be interesting

well on friday i got this in the mail from a great seller on ebay. he had it to me in like 2 days at a great price. kikass car unfortuneately it is revell and we all know about these cool cars, ENGINE but little things worng here and there(at least it aint fujimi. only reason i am ordering those is kuz they make a car like in my sig gti vr6). the mold is from 71 so at least it has an excuse haha. im open to any suggestions on what to do with it special. i have started by trimming off all of the bad mouldings and getting it ready to paint. tires are cut off of tree and parts are geting cleaned up. still not sure what color scheme ill be going wiht though

ps. ths is my first auto model i will actually be taking seriously and well the first ive done since i was about 9 (17 now) it will kinda be a guinnea pig because i have just ordered many models recently. please inquire if you would like to know about the others that are on the way.

o yeah i forgot. the rear window and the fron widow fit pretty good but the side windows have gaps where you could stick a needle through. maybe 1mm 2 at the most spot. NOT COOL. any tips on how to fix it?

Cant wait to see yours. Havnt figured a way to make the gap in the windows better. Also I sprayed Testors dull cote over the chrome and it seemed to tone it down.

for the chrome im thinking of going teestors steel for a bunch of the stuff. but for hte stuff thats chrome and isnt supposed to be ill paint it normal.

actually Fujimi just came out with a line of Wangan Midnight kits, i wanna pick up of the S30Z myself. BTW does anybody know where i can find the manga translated.

im not a huge anime/manga fan but those models look pretty cool. especially the porsche and the Z. anyone have pics of the model out of the box???

i doubt anybody has pics of a built kit, the kits only been released for about week.

i did one of these kits......
but i messed it up..
i guess i am not 2 experienced to do a kit like this..
for me it was hard , but if u have the skills i guess it will come out good, i probably will strip it again and try to do it over, btw i spryed mine metalic blue n i had some extra type-r intrega rims so i fit those on,

n e wayz good luck on this kit!:D
