Saw A Real Skyline

yesterday i was hanging out wit my friend on his way to court and passed this performance shop in hempstead thats notorious to having sick cars so we're driving by i see the usual turbo type r, TT Supra and 2 slammed and STI'd out WRX's and then i see a beautiful R33 Skyline GTR with full cage brembo brakes and i made my friend pull over i called MYFirst4G and we went and took a thousand pics of this car i have Ali's digi cam so the pics should be up soon. but the point is if you've never seen a skyline be4 in your life and you see one its like instant orgasm:bonghitte :D :D :D

Yeh i know how you feel man! Our local shop has blue skyline also. Its the r34 i think. Yeh everytime theres a car show , that skyline is always in it.:)

I hope I see one someday. I never get to see any sick cars cuz I live out in the fuckin country. There arent any shows around here or anything either so it just really really sucks.

I've seen a r33 around the bay area...first saw it like a year ago now :)

There is a guy with a R34 that always shows up at the street reaces in tracy... You know its the real deal when the steering wheel is on the right side, the clutch is were the gas pedal SHOULD be and the gas pedal is were the clutch SHOULD be... At least the brake is in the right spot ;) He let me sit in it, I cant imagine trying to drive/shift that thing anyone here feel confident shifting with left hand?
I think he has just about done everything possable to that engine. Showed me a 10.4 second time slip and said he realy wasnt tryin that hard... I was like :eek: Still dont know his name, he's chiniese I know that muh.

umm, the pedals are still in the same order as the US market. Just on the right hand side of the car.

might be....i never got that great of a look at it... all i know is thats is silver and is a skyline :D btw....i didnt think the pedal configuration changed on a RHD drive car...are you sure you saw that right?

that is pretty cool. kinda like seeing...oh nevermind. A guy named Wayne that I know has a 78 (I think) skyline here. It is pretty sweet. He actually had it feature in super street a couple months ago when he was at NOPI. It's a cool car. People around this area don't know what they are looking at mostly. Bunch of damn rednecks. Anyway, I keep trying to convince him to register it but he said it's not worth the loss to drive it on the roads with a bunch of dumbasses. I can't blame him. My $.02

you boys (and girls) really need to come to the UK they are not common but are definately not rare, u can pick up a r32 for about £5,000 - £8,500 and they are easy to find for sale as well

lol. yup! i thought this thread really funny, till i realised you dont get them in america. :( ive seen many a skyline here, in fact, theres a garage just up the road from me with a r32 gts for £4k. they are a jap import place, they have this gorgeous bright pink! integra 4 door, id love to buy it if it werent a stupid automatic!
they are such a sight to behold, especially when a brand new r34 flies past you on the motorway!
skylines have been my ultimate dream car for 10 years or more now. :)

there is at least one gtr in the sf bay are and i tihnk a gts also but i see like hella skylines everyday i go to work...(remember that the infiniti g35 is a skyline guys) but i have seen the gtr is japan town before a few times. the guy that owns it is stupid as fuck. my friends friend was there one time in his stock 88 supra turbo and the guy was hella muggin him like he wanted to race and shit even though the supra woulda owned him. then after he beefed up the supra and had it up to like 300 sumthin Hp he went back and offered to race the guy he was ehlla backin off liek a pussy btw the car looked the same and he didnt tell him bout the mods. its too bad kuz its a nice car silver gtr. well thats my gtr story
