The Brown Dash!!!

Hey All,
It's Mogg again asking newbie questions as always :(. I have the tan interior with like a brownish tan dash and glove box area. Is there a good way to paint that without it looking Ghetto Faboulous??? I was thinking maybe black or gray!...any help is always appreicated!!!
