93 cavalier fuse box help

I'm trying to replace the blinker fuse - the little round one with two angled prongs, the one that makes the turn signal blink - Where is it located on the fuse box? Do I have to unscrew anything or what?
I have no owners manual and feel stupid for not finding it. Thanks for any help.

Don't believe its in the fuse box. If memory serves its attached to the dash frame just to the right of the steering column. GM used to love playing hide and seek with these things
