Alarm IN!

Well I went to modesto today and got my alarm installed, it is a prestige platinum with keyless entry, dual shock sensor, and if it goes off the car cannot be started unless it is disarmed. The lights flash also when it is armed / disarmed.

I also met up with H4bangin and chilled for a while, DAMN his hatch is one of the cleanest ive seen, I am in love with white hatches with 5% tint now lol, he is lowered with tenzo springs on a 2 inch drop with stock struts and has virtually NO camber, so my car may be lowered sooner than I think. Anyways, so in the end it cost like $200 for the alarm installed which isnt bad at all in my opinion.

And yes, I took pics on the way over there, but not too many.

The huge injen and ground control stickers on the sides make it rice in my opinion, it also had really old school rims, which isnt cool if the rims are older than the car.

Actually that car was spotted on 205 .... anyways, I dont mind a few stickers, but when there is a HUGE one on the side that makes the car look like it is sponsored by that company, in my opinion it is rice ... I dont see why everyone is defending a car they dont even own.

I also doubt that car even had coilovers, it was riding so shittily that it probably was rolling on cut springs.

what's with all the rice drama? doesn't anybody know that when ya call somebody rice you may be referring to yourself too? Personally I'm tired of the rice this rice that let me get some naws to make my car faster than yours with the huge wing and stickers... some stickers are necessary like the inspection sticker... and the stickers on your license plate... doesn't mean the state sponsors you :p

I only call cars rice when they spent all of their money at places like decalkits.com and they have a bunch of stickers their car obviously doesn't have... like when you see them in the parking lot and they have a nice kit, modest wing, and what appears to be an exaust but you see it rolling back thinking the brakes went out on it when in fact the car is actually turned on (tip!) and you see him sporting the factory hubcaps and wheels.... c'mon.

i dont have camber either on my hatch at all, i thought it was maybe hatchs dont camber cuz maybe there weight is dispersed evenly, i dont know just an idea i didnt even think about really, but i think i have heard a few of u guys say u have camber though.
Yea havens hatch is hella clean, i dont think i ever told u that haven but it was the first thing that popped in my head when i first saw ur car. BTW did u finish school yet haven?

i probably wouldn't be so bent if we didn't just go through this a week ago when i locked a thread because someone who comes here was having his car dissed on. i assumed that was the going to be the last time....i guess thats why my grandma always used to tell me "don't count your chickens until they've hatched"

I edited the post so it no longer has any rice references ... its too bad you guys had to whore up my alarm victory post with a bunch of pro-rice sentiment, but then again maybe I should have chosen my words more wisely the first time ... I forgot about that other car last week, it wasnt even a 4th gen so I dunno why I even posted it in here ... come to think of it, the 6th gen isnt a 4th gen either.

And other than the SIR badge which was on my car to cover the holes that go into the trunk, I have NEVER misrepresented anything on my car with stuff I didnt have .. and the APC sticker wasnt huge, I chose not to put the windshield banner on.

Sometimes I think AF is beginning to get as bad as HT ... maybe I should give all these webboards a rest.

our hatches have the worst camber wear over 5th/6th gens
