I saw that Eclipse, pretty sweet.
Oh, if anyone cares, in my AutoTech class(Suspension & Steering), were building a lowrider. 68' four-door Impala. Red. Dude got for a grand. Really good deal. I'll update this thread with some pics soon.:)

guess what? S15 Silvia lights were made to go on an S15 Silvia and not an Eclipse! i guess that just goes to show you how awesome Silvias really are when people try to disguise their slow-ass cars as one....

I'd have to second that. I think his makes about 340hp. I don't know what kind of car you have, but compared to my slowass car, his is probably pretty fast...even though he probably never drives it:D

well ok so if Eclipses are fast, why would you want to dress it up like other cars?? i saw the same thing at the Toronto International Autoshow this weekend. it's the big show with all the new cars, but they had a small section for custom imports, and this one Civic had M3 headlights and Celica tailights. and it looked like ASS! like what the hell? even if the car is slow, why would you want to do that? you bought a Civic, so live with it! don't try to make it look like something it will never be.

I'm all for doing your own thing with your car, but it isn't exactly your own thing when EVERYONE is doing it...

I don't think it's about making the car look like another car. More about making it look LESS like the car it is. It's about customization. If you bouth an Integra, how DARE you put a turbo from an Eclipse on it?? See what I mean? You're not trying to imitate the Eclipse, you're just trying to give your Integra something that others don't, which is in this case speed:D

well, when it's something to increase the PERFORMANCE of the vehicle, like in your example, then i don't mind at all. but when you defile an S15 and S15 lovers all over the world by sticking S15 lights on your Civic, then that's just a massive injustice.

To tell you the truth- it is going overboard puttinbg parts from other cars onto your car- but if you think it looks good then go for it!

I have to agree with SELF. Its about making your ride different period. That why many peeps with civic had to take it up a level. Now you seen different headlights on civics, from accord to lexus healights .This doesn't mean any disrespect on their behave . Im proud to drive my teg with a headlight conversion . just my .02 cents. peace:smoker2:

 Yeah, their mostly Japanese in that mag, I guess it's just a phrase. In my little town everyone calls my car a euro. I just call them imports. Like if their Volks, Porshes, BMWs, etc, I call them euros.
