Removing Pieces

I HAVE A 200 CAVALIER AND NEED TO REMOVE SOME PIECES BUT IM NOT REALLY SURE HOW AND DONT WANT TO BREAK ANYTHING.

FIRST HOW DO I REMOVE THE GLOVE BOX DOOR.

SECONDLY HOW DO I TAKE OFF THE SPEAKER GRILLS ON THE DOORS

AND FINALLY IS IT DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THE DOOR PANEL I CRACKED THE PLASTIC ON MY DRIVERS DOOR AND MAYBE WANT TO REPLACE.

ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE WOULD BE GREAT EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAD SOME PICTURES OR SITES
