I would get the supra, even if it is pre 93. Once I get a good job that I can actually afford to work on my car, I want to get a Rex, and then start a collection of the older cars, like the 2nd gen Rx7, 240sx, etc....ofcourse there will be skyline in there, but that is way down the line when i have a lot of money :D

Pipe dreams... I want a $60,000 98 supra I saw... The entire body has been rebuilt with carbon fiber :o It looks compleatly diff from a normal supra twin turbo and is just so sick it gives me a hard on! I thought this thread was question of what would win in a race... Supra, hands down!

Tony

If money is tight I would really do some research into the RX-7s (especially the newer models). I've seen lots (not a few but lots) of ex owners posting calling them "rolling lemons." Don't get me wrong. They all LOVED the car....when it was running. The consensus was that you had to become a rotary master mech to own one and it still cost you a a**load each year in maint. Lots o high $$ things can and regularly do go wrong.

I would stay far away. Supras on the other hand are pretty bulletproof from what I understand.

I like the RX-7s (and looked at them as well prior to buying the M) but from what I have read I will never own one.

I eventually (once I finish my 4 dr) want a

90 Hatch Si
90 CRX Si

Then I'll have the whole 90 Civic Series - he he he

All which turboed engined, fully bodykitted and stuff.
