I lived as a nanny for 4 months. Does that count? :p Maddie was 2 when I lived out in Kansas City, Missouri and Lawson was 8. It was quite interesting to be 18 and have people come up to me and tell me what a beautiful daughter I had! :eek: I laughed at their expressions when I told them we were just cousins.
I have been on this "I want a baby" kick for about 2 years now. I know the work that goes into it, and I know that being in school is NOT the right time, but I can dream, right? ;)

But of course the furry kind count. they might as well be kids. heeheee they ALWAYS want you attention....:P
also being a nanny counts, cause when you think about it, you are still looking after the kids, and you treat them like your own. although you didnt give birth to the scalywags. :D

Ya know my whole life I was the kind of girl that didn't really like kids, and definately never wanted them. I never even really wanted to get married!
But I met someone almost 10 months ago and he's totally and completely changed my outlook on that, its weird. hehe :) I know that I can't have kids now, or within the next few years until I'm done with college, but I am now in the mind set that I know that I want to have one. :) One of my best friends got married at 18 and had her first kid at 20, and I've seen how incredible her life has been since. Its such a change from how our lives used to be, and I've just seen her mature so much, and she makes for a great mother. I do have a puppy in the house though, and let me tell you that is some work. I think that mothers have the hardest jobs with the most work, but also get most rewarded. :)

1 have 1 daughter turning 5 years old this year... They say the terrible 2's are bad... I tend to disagree... this age is some what alot more difficult. :)
I also live with my 2 year old newphew and 10 year old niece...
between the 3 kids.... they drive me crazy some times... I'd have to say its the fighting over anything else... I often wonder how I cope...

I have 4 no, 5 furry children...that number fluctuates because I rescue dogs all the time, have other peoples dogs that I show, etc. My main 4 are Starr(14 Blond American Cocker), Luna(5, Black/tan, Am cocker), Monet(2, Tawny, Briard show girl), and William the conqueror!(6months, Blue roan English Cocker show boy).
My biggest kid Shawn, my boyfriend, 26 yo and is watching Daffy Duck on cartoon network right now!!
I really don't have room/time/money in my life to have kids right now. I also want to be married and have a nice big house w/garage(for the mechanical kids) and a kennel building(for the fur kids). After Shawn finishes his education and prior to my turning the age of 30 is my goal for childbearing.

I have my baby... {My ZX2 ;)}
Seriously, not for 5 or so years. 2 to finish college, 3 or more to pay off school loans, save money for the brand new Lightning I'm going to buy, and get married...
Someday I do want kids though...

I''ve done the nanny thing, and I've got my furry kids, but I'm afraid to have real kids. I know how I was when I was a kid, and I know my husband was even worse... so I'm about 99.9999% sure that any of our progeny would resemble satan incarnate... I'm sure that you've all seen problem child...
