hood wont close!

My hood wont close on my 91 crx. The hood release seems to be a little loose in the driver footwell. Any suggestions?

It won't CLOSE? but you were able to open it?
Weird... you may want to adjust the latch on your radiator support. All you have to do is loosen the two 10mm bolts at the latch, and you can move it around a bit, then tighten them up and see if it closes...
It's strange that your release handle is loose though, I would expect that to be a symptom of not being able to OPEN the hood...
Also, did you accidentally leave some sort of tool or something else in your engine bay that may be preventing the hood from closing? I know I've done it before...
