OK there we go. Closed Kazaa and ran the test again...first time I did it I had a total of 672 kps downloading/uploading. With Kazaa closed it was:

Didnt realize that my sister was using the internet on her pc (through the rounter) when I did the test the first time. My second results are significantly better. Also, there are less ppl on cable in the morning, so that might be a factor as well.
