q-jet 4 barrel carb

I just need to know if I can use the needle valves from a 2 barrel chevy carb in a 4 barrel chevy carb.

Do you mean the fuel metering rods? If so these are not the same. Two BBL carbs have larger rods and jets so I do not think they will work. Though I personally have never tried it.
