how do you adjust coilovers with a body kit?

does anybody know how to adjust coilovers for shows and stuff with a body kit? a jack won't slide under the front because of the kit in the front and I don't think i can use the side jack braces because of the sideskirts. let me know because i would like to put my car down at a couple of shows this year and i have done it before but i had to take the sideskirts off. people say coilovers are a pain anyway but i was just wondering if anybody has an easy way. thanks

drive up on a couple 2x4's and slide the jack under

have a buddy lift the car slightly and that will allow you to slip a flatjack under there.
