Turns out that British dossier of "evidence" that Colin Powell presented to the UN was full of documents from the late eighties, detailing weapons that were confirmed to be destroyed by the first UNSCOM team. Other elements of the dossier were plagiarized from a university paper published by a student, even including spelling and grammatical errors.

let me point out the THESIS the THESIS is a copy not the main body of text that was qouted by Colin Powell. The idea the whole document is anit-war propoganda
