Just curious. Right now I'm in two automotive classes; Electronics & Steering & Suspension. Also I'm taking a preperation English class so I can past the TASP.
Next year I'm goin' to start taking computer classes becuase I'd really like to be both a mechanic & web designer.
I'd love to be a car designer but that's really more of a pipe dream...

I'm on my co-op too until the end of April, except I only need 330 hours, so I haven't started yet :p

Last semester though, I had:

-DMS: Parts & Service (learn how to use the Reynolds&Reynolds dealership software, parts & service specific)
-Personal Selling (no, not prostitution class, learn how to sell stuff)
-Life Through the Lens (a class about Canadian documentary films...damn I hate gen. ed's, lol)
-Advertising Design (draw.)
-Automotive Networks (learn how to make contacts in the automotive industry, although it ended up being more just an automotive news class)
-Intro to the Canadian Automotive Aftermarket (unfortunately not performance aftermarket, just the stuff like UAP/NAPA or Carquest and stuff......the most incredibly boring class I've ever taken)

I was top of my entire program in DMS...I caught on to that stuff super well, made 94 on my first test where 73% of the students failed, made 100 on my second test where 68% of the students failed, had perfect attendance, and ended up with a 94 final mark since I was too lazy to do the essay questions on the final exam and knew I could fail the damn thing and still be top of the class...

Nothing is a pipe dream. Don't sell yourself short!! I never graduated high school, quit my senoir year from illness..never went back. I spent the next 2 years doing all forms of construction, working on race cars and a machine shop. Started here 15 years ago, made it ti the Foreman position. Been offered jobs in NASCAR,NHRA,GM instructor and the list goes on. Never ever give up your dream you never know where it may lead you.

Before you ask I have not taken any position out of state because I am divorced and have a 10 year old daughter and I will not leave her side.

It's my major... Well, Secondary Math Ed is, but you get it. I wanted to take 4 Maths, but I'm glad I didn't b/c Calc 2 is a handful after 2 years hiatus. :o
