Hi all!

I'm repainting my Porsche, because Testor's enamels suck. I liked the French Blue Testor's makes, as it seems to match Oslo Blue on the 356. I could also go for a light blue that might match Sky Blue.

Tamiya's French Blue looks a lot lighter. Please post pics of Tamiya blue colors on cars!

Thanks!

Sean

TS-15 (http://www.automotiveforums.com/scalemodeling/pman/Chevelle.html) Blue

TS-23 (http://www.automotiveforums.com/scalemodeling/pman/911GT2.html) Light Blue

TS-44 (http://www.automotiveforums.com/scalemodeling/pman/CalP10.html) Brilliant Blue

TS-50 (http://www.automotiveforums.com/scalemodeling/pman/WRX.html) TS-50 (http://www.automotiveforums.com/scalemodeling/pman/R34.html) Mica Blue

TS-53 (http://www.automotiveforums.com/scalemodeling/pman/beetle.html) Deep Blue Metallic

:p

I have some TS-10 French Blue on some test plastic, but no camera. :o

That guy's post was off sides.

I don't have a local hobby shop that stocks Tamiya paint, otherwise I'd go by can lids or color chips. The online colors look funky, and I'm ordering from ehobbies.

Thanks!

He could ask that person for more pictures though :D

Also its either "sky blue" or a grayish blue from that picture, but I think someone could confirm it.

I think TS-15 is the winner!

It's a touch lighter than Testors' French Blue, but in a good way I think.

Thank you for your help guys.
