Wiring for JDM Power Windows

I installed the driver's side window this last Saturday (works great!). But the switch for the passenger side on the main driver's side doesn't work. There is no power coming out of the module for the pass. side. I hooked up the pass side window to the wires for the driver's side just to make sure it worked...and it does. I don't need the drivers side pass control...that's ok...but there's 3 wires for the pass side and this is where the problem is...
If I hook up one wire - yellow stripe (wether it be power or ground) and another wire(either one of the 2) to the opposite...it makes it have constant power (the window moves without pushing the switch).
If I leave that ylw stripe wire alone and hook up the other two the window moves only by pushing the switch up...then when I switch those wires...the window moves the other direction, but ALSO when I push the switch UP! Pushing the switch in the down direction doesn't work either way.
So any help from any of you electrical guru's I would greatly appreciate it...I don't want to have one power window and one crank window...lol
Thanks!
