Cheap power mods ... ????

I just bought a 1990 Civic Si .. lowered with rims and stereo .. but no mods to engine or anything else ... how can I make the car faster but not spend too much money ? any suggestions ?

agreed thats pretty much the basic mods

as soon as skunk2 comes out with a manifold for sohc ...get that also. Get a bigger throttle body.

Relocate battery, take all the extra things off of the intake track ( resonator, extra tubing, and widen the part before it hits filter).
