neon interference

My question is for the serious installer or electronics wiz. Here goes I have put neon tubes near amps before without interference and when they do interfere i just use a ground loop isolator and it kills the noise. I recently installed 4" neon tubes under the cover of a kicker amp. I have it narrowed down that it is the neon but a ground loop isolator will not fix it. I need to know if anyone has a solution or knows of a material that is thin can withstand heat and will block the radiated noise. Thanks a ton to anyone who can help!!

try moving the transformer and the wires around to find a quieter location.
