91' Talon Electrical Prob's ?????

I have a 91' non-turbo Talon with the 2.0 in it. I recently changed the altenator and the battery because the electrical would dim out and the car would stop running, but after I did this it didnt fix the problem so it still dies, it seems to be draining the battery? I'm very confused on this one!!! Does anyone have any suggestions???

Same thing happened to me. Turns out it was my altenator fuse, so you might want to check that.

This may be a dumb question , but where is this fuse located?
