O2 sensor help

I need to replace my single 4 wire o2 sensor. My question is can I use a generic bosch 4 wire (or equivilent) or do I have to goto Honda and pay a ridiclulous amount for it. Someone told me I need to about nothing that guy says makes much sense anyways. He's seen too many movies or something.

You can go to AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts and pick on up for $150, or try and go to a salvage yard and get one for $10 like me. Besides, my mechanic told me that Bosch is not really compatable, try another brand or look around on the Internet search engines, and get a brand new one at only about $50. Your Choice.

Do you know anywhere in particular where i can get one that will work for fifty bucks. I've seen the bosch for around 30-40. I'd really rather not get one from the salvage yard because I run 10psi daily and can't afford for my sensors to die on me, especially since I spliced the wires at my ecu to allow me to use just the one 4 wire sensor rather that the 2 one wires that the jdm setup intended.

Maxspeedhonda, Did you have your block resleeved when you got your JE pistons? Also, which pistons did you get? I'm thinking of getting the JE forged, dished pistons that will give me an 8:1 compression ratio. I'm curious about your setup b/c I am thinking of going turbo. This guy keeps telling me that I'm going to need my block resleeved w/ the pistons, but it is going to cost $1600. I am only going to be running NO MORE than 10psi, but I do believe in preventative maintenance!

No I didn't get my block resleeved. I was told by several people that I shouldnt have a prob with it unless I was running boost on a h22a. The pistons are forged with the dome/dish design. They have an 81.5 mm bore and are oversized at .20. Comp. ratio on them are 9:1. Make sure you get some decent rings though. I spent less on what I thought was a good deal and I ended up frying them and had massive blowby. You should be alright with 10psi just keep up on the maitenace.

I've been looking at the Drag turbo kit mainly and a couple others, but I haven't decided on which kit to get. I'm trying to stay around $3k, b/c I know I'm going to get new pistons and change my clutch. I'm trying not to spend too much, ya know? Do you know how much the turbonetics kit runs for?

I have no idea off hand what a turbotechnics kit would run you. Your best bet is checking out their web site. As for the drag kits, I have heard from many people that they are one of the best kits you can buy for the money next to the apexi. I believe they start spooling at higher rpm though.
