HELP..!? turn signal fuse blowing...

can somebody tell me where the combination flasher is?
and, if it is dead...could it be causing my turn signal fuse to blow?

It's just a start, but make sure that the wire harness that is attached to your hazard button in the central dash. I do know that the turn signals are directly connected to that harness. I don't have my FSM on me right now so I can't say much more.
