Need help with 2002 Civic head unit

I just bought a 2002 Civic LX and wanted to install an in-dash CD-changer in the space right below the head unit while keeping the original head unit. I was just wondering if anyone knew the easiest way to get to that part of the dash and how to do this without having to take apart half the dash. I am going ot be installing an in-dash 6 cd changer (honda factory unit off ebay) so I don't think there will be any problems there. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help in advance.
