Any suggestions on which kit i can get for my 1991 honda crx hf..........i want polyurethane bushings, but i need a full kit......send lnks if possible, i live in the chicago land area so if you know places i can go just tell me.

I'm getting the full Energy Suspension kit. But depending on how old your car is and what shops can install them - I would hold off.
You have to find a shop with a hydrualic press to get some of the bushings out/in. Plus you realize it's not a 2-3 hour jobbie :) More like 1-2 days at $60-80/hour.

60-80 per hour over Two days? What does that equate to?
I've also heard that you can bring them disassembled pieces of your suspension to press. What do you know about charges for this method?

4-8 hours per day. 8-16 hours over the course of two days.
Yes you could bring in your pieces but you wouldn't have a car for two days, and you would have to take out the pieces of course if you are trying to save money. Or go to a junk yard and pull them off another car.
