DANNII MINOGUE is relying on a novel technique to ensure her forthcoming album enters the charts — by writing about her dildo.

She has penned Vibe On as an ode (or should that be ohh-de) to her vibrator.

But before I share the lyrics with you, I must put on record that I think this is one of the worst songs, with the worst lyrics, ever written.

So here it is, folks — Dannii Minogue’s tribute to her dream machine:

Vibe On is on Dannii’s new album Neon Nights, released on March 17.

As for songs discussing onanism there are plenty - but I kind of wonder with Danii's talents why she needs to bother. But I can imagine several folk will be salivating at the thought of the music video...

Which also brings me to the topic of some music videos - was surfing the channels looking for something to let the brain go into neutral and ended up getting a glimpse of a music video - which to be honest even for this grizzled old imitation of a turnip looked like soft p0rn initially. It was only when I noticed the station identification I recognised it as a music video channel...

Now I don't have a problem with programming of an erotic nature but at 6.00pm on a music video channel? And no I'm not going to tell you who it was ;)

Funny I was talking to a friend Katy about desensitising last evening. Katy works in the film industry and I am as you know a bit of a film buff. We were talking about a film that I'd once saw which the director was quoted as saying was intended to explore and push the boundaries of taste and question morality.

I think it's content made me really consider aspects of censorship and artistic expression.

I sincerely hope that I don't get desensitised to the extent of actually not being shocked or self-questioning when I view similar content (if I ever choose to again).

Katy is going to obtain a copy of the material and view it - so it will be interesting to hear her views from someone who actually works within the industry.
