That is a body used for Nitro powered RC Cars. 200mm is the width of the body and are generally almost 2ft long, 1/10 scale.
A slot car is an electric powered car that runs on a track. Called a slot car because they have a post that hangs below them that runs in a slot on the track. This alows the car to get around the track as you cannot control the steering, just the speed. They range in size from about that of a Hotwheels car up to a model car, 1/24 or so. Not sure about accesories, but most of the ones I've seen are working lights, different bodies, faster motors and tires. Most online shops, and local hobby shops, will probably have the accessories if they carry the cars.

All the current bodykits are for Tamiya kits, the wings are universal of course so u can whack them on anything that's 1/24.

Monogram was once a separate model company from Revell but Revell now owns Monogram and reissues older merican kits under the name of Monogram in a nostalgic manner.
