wipers acting funny...

Ok since yesterday my windshield wipes have acted funny.

Off = Intemident wipe
int = Goes up 1/4 of the window an stop (ie off)
reg = reg
Fast = fast


Now I though this might be due to the cold... but nothing so far... anyone experience this before ?

If you turn them on and off real quick do they go 1/4? If so your parking function on the wipers has failed. You'll need to check your wire diagrams and get educated as to how it works.

might be the relay is nackered, my dads Rover done the same!
