The order I just got from SMS came from Newtown, CT if that is any help? (BTW, order arrived Monday - rather recent:) )

SMS stuff is supremely expensive, but I have had excellent service from them in the past. A package they sent out never arrived, and they sent it again. Some parts were not in stock, and they said they'd resend them with no shipping charge when they arrived. When I checked the invoice I found out I was charged the same amount twice... told them about it and they promptly credited me back.
