Highbeams

Is there a headlight relay that controls the low and high beam...if so where is it?

its under the hood on the pass side, bolted to the fender rigt near the headlights.

Uh, I don't think so. I think the power for the lights goes through the switch. I looked into it a while back when I was thinking about putting 100 watt bulbs in my high beams.
