is it possible to fit a supra tt engine into the MR2 if you take out the trunk space?

sure... you can even fit the motor in without cutting one thing... but how are you going to drive it? where are you going to put the transaxle? what are you going to use as a transaxle?
Why would you want to put this motor in anyway?
A V6 fits perfect in all 3 generations of the MR2... the C series and E series transaxle bolts to all of those motors.
You can build a 200mph 1.5 liter 20v 4age and install it in a 1990-1999 chassis... this has been done to good effect... the 1.0 liter is even more impressive. Or you could just install the good old fashioned 3sgte and mod the hell out of it...

screw transaxels my idea :2cents: is to mount a supra engine in a 91-96 mr2 longitudanly(mr2's is mounted transversly)bult up a normal f/r tranny to that then take a normal f/r rear end bolt that directly to the tranny (no drive shaft will also reduce rotational mass (faster!!!!!)) supra potential w/ MR2 "slimness" fun
