Follow the upper radiator hose twards the engine. It goes into the thermostat housing. There are 2 sensors on there. The first one closest to the hose is for the gauge inside the car. The second sensor closer to the block is the ECTS. Make sure the electrical connections are clean and tight.

well yesterday i threw in new plugs ,cleaned out my tb, and greased up all the electrical connections going into my tb, and coils with electrical grease and guess what it worked she starts right up first turn and is running stronger than ever! I also reseted my ecu after i was done doing everything. thanks:flash:

I have the same Problem with my 98 Maxima. When I start it up in the mornings it usually stalls especially when it is cold out. I don't have much of a problem in the summer.

Hey I had the same problem and I live in MA and it's like 3degrees out right now and my car had been doing the same thing in the morning for cold starts. So I had my fuel filter replaced and now it starts up perfectly. The tech at nissan said that its a common thing if you let your tank run down low cause then it's using fuel thats been in your tank for awhile and isn't really pure i guess and it clogs your filter.
