SOHC ZC or DOHC ZC

ok well here is my problem, i have a 14b turbo powered d16a6 and i'm probally going to blow it soon considering it has no internal work done. but i am only boosting at 6. i want to get the zc sohc or dohc cause it will bolt up to my turbo but which one is better for boosting and where would be a good place to pick up internals for the motor?

Endyne likes D-series motors, and makes internal parts for ZC's.
