Hi, I get my license back march 18, and I have a budget of 20k to spend on a new car. I am wondering what car would be the best to mod, and maybe race for that amount of money. Please give me ideas.

The neon SRT4. For 20k you get a turbocharged FMIC car that does mid 14s right from the factory.

I been considering the Accord 03' lx sedan, but i cant figure whether i should get a manual lx, or a auto v6 since im a fan of manual shift. And as for the Neon, pretty good car, but man, the car itself is just too ugly.
