With your permit, you cannot drive with just anyone. You can only drive with a parent (OHIO LAW). But anyway, by chance did you max the viper out, did you spin the tires?

Well Ohio might be different in that case 450, Although in Iowa with a parent's note you can drive with anyone with their license that's over 21.
