Ok i have searched threads but i have not found anything that combines what i am looking for. My bro's freiend just came over and saw that i am into models... he suggested that i get an airbrush because it is a very easy way around painting. So my birthday is coming up and i am looking into it and found that you can use a flat paint for a primer instead of actual plastic primer. So i asked him what he does and he said that he just takes the little testors bottles and empties them into the airbrush so what i am thinking is that i get 2 bottles of flat white, and a few bottles(4) of the colour i want and that will do it, he says that there is about a bottle for every two wet layers.... WILL THIS WORK>?

with an airbrush, and correctly thinning the paint, I can do an entire body in one

that's a whole lot of paint...I can get a bottle of testors through 3 bodies at least. It shouldn't take that much, plus, it would horrify me to think of waiting that long for a model to dry. I couldn't wait that long.

Well, three bodies with one bottle of paint makes more sense, so I think that's what he meant. Or, he mixed three colors to get a custom color he wanted, maybe?
